Are they pumps or sandals? Maybe you could get a regular insole and trim it to the size of your shoe

if theyre still a little loose, i've found that putting heel cushions in helps your feet from sliding out when you walk (and prevents blistering).  sometimes i have to use a combo of insoles + heel cushions bc my feet are so narrow.

Drugstores and Payless have various inserts.  Some are whole-foot, some are for the back of the heel.  They also make ones for the ball of the foot.
