Wow!  I don't remember the last time that I started a shopping post, ha!!  I finally found the perfect winter parka and it was on sale, hooray!!!!!!!!!!

I bought it in black w/ maroon lining

I actually got it at the thrift!  Mine seems to be a tad different now that I look again (faux-wrap neckline, nude lining), but still the same shape and overall feel.  The fit is a bit short in the torso, so I plan on wearing a cami underneath, but otherwise TTS.  I think one of my local Goodwills has contracted with our big mall - they had a ton of NWT things from Max Studio, Ann Taylor, AE, Gap, etc.

I went shopping all over the place and all I got was things from Kohl's!  

DSC01207.jpg The bookcase was only $79.99 at 60% off!  Plus it's just what I have been looking for!  The right stuff always shows up at the right price eventually!  And to think I was going to pay $800 for something similar. 

I have a little story to this.  Yesterday I was at a different Kohl's and saw this bookcase.  Wanted it.  So I asked if they had boxes of it in the stockroom.  "No" the SA said without even checking.  So I ask if I could have the display but it's nicked a bit.  "You can have 30% off".  Then I ask if it was easy to unassemble so I can put it in my car.  "No!" she said and just left me standing there.  They were rude and unwilling to put in any effort for good customer service. 

So today I go to a different Kohl's and see the same bookcase!  So again I ask if they have a box of it in the back.  They come out with one from the stock room and help me put it in my car!  It barely fit!  I had to fold down the back seat and scoot up the front seat all the way!

I also got the blue magazine butler and green magazine basket for 60% off.  Nice that they match the colors I have going on in my living room!

I got this decorative pillow also at Kohl's.  It perfectly matches the guest bedroom!
