I'm making California rolls, crab cakes, Caesar salad and serving some mini chocolate cakes that I bought at Costco.

I can only speak for myself, but DH loves it when I make tomato sauce and meatballs (really tiny ones) from scratch. That and a green salad with a nice chocolate dessert would be lovely?

Or, what about a marinated steak cooked on a grill pan? Good luck and post what you end up making! :)
