tycoon oxfords
i've liked them since they were $288- now they are $145 (plus soo much shipping and taxes- i hate anthro for that!)
i've always liked androgynous styles, and i think these would look cute with both jeans and skirts/shorts, both with girlier things and just tshirts.  i've seen this brand and particular shoe (in purple) in person at opening ceremony in nyc, and i tried on a diff. pair by the same designer and it was seriously comfortable and well made.  So i'm not worried about that- just about price and the fact that they are white- would they get destroyed?  Maybe if i should find out if they are suede/nubuck (which would get so much dirtier).   Thoughts?  i know they aren't necessarily crowd pleasers, but i kinda love them.

not my style, but i can see them on you. personally, i would search ebay for vintage oxfords like this which will be so much cheaper than anthros exaggerated prices!

white (perhaps nubuck) shoes in nyc will have the shelf life of milk.  which is a shame, though, because they seem to fit your style so well.

search on ebay?  as weird as this may sound, you might have some luck looking through men's shoes.
