I actually carry the kenzie blouse on the left in my store. It runs SMALL. The bust area tends to run rather tight. Almost all my customers have had to size up. I also usually wear a size 4/6 on top and I needed this in an 8.

Usually I find there sweaters and tops run TTS, and pants tend to run TTS as well. There velvet pants usually run a size large. There bermuda shorts tend to run a size small.
