Yeah - I'm getting really pissed with them. The new issues are ALWAYS in the newsstands before they ever arrive in my mailbox. What's the friggin' point of paying for a subscription?? Grrr.

Well I don't really feel that mad at Lucky right now since I went to the bookstore and there were barely any March issues were out yet. I expect it soon though!

I notice I usually get mine 2nd Saturday of the month in the mail. I believe that we subscribe with savings so we get it bit later and for those that comes out on the newsstands are at its fullest price. I just believe that s the difference and why it is happening this way.

I just got the Jan. one a week ago. I'm hoping that it's just these two months that are a little wonky because I started my renewal late.

this is off topic, but if you email (or call) lucky customer service and tell them that you found the issue on the stands b/f your subs. came in the mail, they will extend your subscription for a month. (i can't remember if i told them that i bought it on the stand or not ...) but i did this every time mine was late -- there's really no reason for it and if enough readers complain maybe they will get on the ball. other mags have theirs out way early, so it's not like it can't be done.

I haven't received my Feb. issue yet either. I subscribed to them a couple years ago and after I repeatedly missed issues (they never came, not even late) I swore I would never subscribe again. I'm mad at them and myself.

Well, I think that's crap. Lucky gets my money up front, rather than waiting for it in dribs and drabs when I find it at the bookstore...I subscribe for two years each time my renewal comes up. And yet they can't be bothered to send the mag on time? That's a hell of a way to reward loyal subscribers. Bleh. ALL of my other subs come before the mag. hits the stands to the general public.

I guess I'll start doing what e doli suggests - call them every time I see the mag on the newsstands and it's not in my mailbox. I don't mind paying for subscriptions, but I think it's pretty poor customer service to send the mag out "late" to your subscribers.

I just got mine last night - it was a cute edition. I just loved the article on Tracy Reese's new line of dresses - so cute for spring. There wasn't anything in it that I just had to run out and buy though! I also felt that there were a lot more ads than in recent months.
