TTS for boutique sizing on top. At a 34D, I was a size 6/M. The last time I tried on something from them was spring 2005 though.

Development has been really chest-friendly, at least when Phillip Lim was the designer...I haven't tried on any of the Erica Davies items so I don't know if things have changed.

As lilykind said, it is pretty true to size for boutique sizing. I do feel that the current collections run SMALL in the chest area. I always wear a size 6 or Small top (and I am small chested as well) and I purchased a dress this winter in the 6 and it would barely zip over my chest.

HTH!

I agree with Lilykind and also don't have any of the Erica davies stuff.  I'm only a 34B and I think they are pretty generous in the bust cuz some of the stuff I don't quite fill out.
