Natural Comfort shoes- thoughts?

I was just wondering if anyone has these sandals or has any other shoes from this brand. Are they really as comfortable as they seem? Are they cute or do they look too orthopedic? I read reviews on Zappos and one girl said they were just as comfortable as Uggs.
