I am sorry for this gi-normous pic, but that is all they had.  Do you like this blouse?  Do you think it would look better with some sort of belt?  I just love the color.

I don't care for it for myself.  It reminds me of something a grandma would wear on a "fancy" night out.  I think someone really chic and cool (like you perhaps?) could pull it off without the grandma effect.  Sadly that's not me.

I'm not a fan of the style but there is a spread featuring these kinds of blouses in the latest Lucky so maybe it's about to come back into vogue!  There is a teal/green one from Express that looks a lot more fitted but it has bigger sleeves.
