Quality is hit-or-miss, but that's because of the low prices, so no surprise there.  I've found that items run from TTS to a size too large.  Typically I'll order one item in a couple of sizes and just keep the ones that fit.  Their return policy is pretty lenient, too (if I recall correctly), so there's really no downside to ordering something.
