I keep stopping at this Rafe for Target bag. I think it's quite cute but might possibly look cheap. I know it's early in the season to look at such a summery bag, so... What do you ladies think should I get it for an inexpensive fling, or wait for a better quality straw summer bag?

I like it a lot in the picture, but I agree that you'd want to check it out IRL to be sure.  Some of those bags look much better online than they do in the store.

 Actually it's in person that I've seen it twice.  IMO it looks better in person than the online pic.

If it looks better irl, you should get it. I think these Rafe for Target bags are kinda cute too, but I haven't seen them in person yet.
