What I am definitely keeping:

Black kimono top.

Navy print tank. I'm going to return the green one.

Keep or Return?

Purple and white coat. I'm not sure what to wear it with, or if it looks good on me. So either give me some ideas, or tell me to return it. Oh, and I sized down.

I think my problem is that it doesn't look right unbuttoned, but if it's cold enought to wear it buttoned then my wrists/lower arms would be cold.

Aqua version of the kimono top. The only reason I would return it is because the material in the boob area seems kind of sheer.

Printed ruffle blouse. This is sheer so I would wear a tank underneath or a sweater vest over it. In this dressing room pic I'm not wearing anything underneath. From what you can see, does it look okay on me? I can't tell.

And this is something I didn't buy, but took pics of anyway. I like the print, but it wasn't flattering on me.

Lastly, two non-PS items I got.

Printed tee.

Navy wrap dress.

I'd keep this jacket if I were you. It's probably the only Proenza Schouler thing I liked when I saw the stuff IRL.

is the picture of the coat pre or post sized-down?  it does seem a little big on you, but i like the color and style of it.

The coat looks a little big on you, but it is a pretty coat.  Maybe size down?  The navy print dress is gorgeous!!

I agree that the coat looks big on you.  I think the navy dress is very flaterring on you, though.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I originally tried on an XL which was waaaay too big. This pics in my original post is a L, which is still kind of big. It would be too small in the shoulders if I tried a M.

Here is what the XL looked like:

maybe it's the picture, but it looks like the coat (L) is an inch or so big in the shoulders.  is there a big difference between the M and the L?

I'm not really a fan of the coat, actually. It looks pretty shapeless on (I suspect it will look that way on most people) and not really that flattering for a female figure. It's too tent like, imo. Maybe a smaller size would work but if it will be too small in the shoulders, I'd pass on it if it were me.

As for the cropped jacket, it's hard to see exactly how it looked but I think it looks great on you!

I think the ruffled shirt is cute, as long as you wear something under it (like you said) and the kimono tops are great on you.

Good buys!

There's something about the way the coat hangs that I'm not sure about.  It might just be the angle of the photos.  However, the wrap dress and kimono tops are awesome. Definitely keep those!

I saw the purple coat in person... hated it! return it.

everything else you were questioning, i would say to return it except the turquoise kimono top, i really liked the black one on you. i would just suggest putting a colorful cami underneath to counter the sheerness.
