Gap Wide Leg Pants Review
Permalink Closed

I bought 4 pairs of the Gap wide leg pants and someone wanted a review so here ya go!

I didn't care for either of these colors or the style (same style). The material is really thin and the wide legs are more like boot legs than actual wide, wide legs. These are going back. Also, the waist is waaaayyy to big on me. I'm a curvy gal so I always have problems with the waist being too big but these seemed a little extreme to me, even with the belt tied tight.

These two are very cute. The material is still a tad thin but nothing I wouldn't expect from the Gap. The navy is much darker than the picture - it was hard for me to tell it apart from the black. I'm wearing the black today and they're very cute and flattering on. I'm 5'7" and I ordered the regular length. I think the pants would drag the ground if I wore flats. I'm wearing a very small wedge heel (1") and the length is perfect.

I'm not sure if I'll keep the navy since they are soo dark but I'll play with them some more to decide. Very cute pants though.

For me they fit pretty TTS to maybe a smidge big.

GAP pants can tend to look "casual" from my experience.

Would you say that these (below) would be work appropriate?

I'm wearing them today at works, if that helps. I paired them with a plum sweater vest, a lavender cami underneath, and a black cardi. For me, it's the perfect business casual outfit. So I say yes.

Thanks for the review, blubirde!  I think I'm going to get those, too, based on your endorsement :)
