On the inner upper part of my thigh I have something that looks like a rash. Except I dont know if it could be a rash, it itches and now it looks kind of pinkish. I've had the itchy part for about 3 -4 weeks but just recently it turned into a pink color. Ever since it changed color I have been trying to not scratch at it because I got a little scared. I showed my dad and he said he would try to get me something to put on it today at the hospital where he works at.
Any ideas on what it could be?

Irritation from a fabric you wore? Or possibly from fabric rubbing?

Thats what I thought at first but I haven't worn anything that I haven't worn before.

BellinaJessica: I never thought of that. Could this still happen even if I'm not in hot weather?

Ya, I mean, heat rash is from heat so it could be something as simple as your warm clothes + your thighs pressed together while you sit = heat rash.

I'm in Florida so the first thing I assume when I hear of a rash like that is heat rash. Here is something from webmd.com on heat rash. It does mention that it can come from being overdressed. http://www.webmd.com/content/article/8/1680_54300.htm
