I know several of us bought shoes from them recently...has anyone had their order shipped? I ordered more than 10 days ago, and my confirmation said it might take longer than average to ship. I have e-mailed them twice to find out how much longer it would be, but haven't gotten a response. Is it just me?
**UPDATE: My shoes shipped on Monday, finally, after I sent my third letter (this one was a bit meaner). I finally got a response to my e-mails today from the Internet customer service person, who said their business is growing faster than they can keep up, and offered to call me and give me 20% off my next order. Which won't be very useful, since I don't think I will order from them again. But for those still waiting, there is hope! I ordered 1/21 and they will be here 2/9.

I just received my Pink Studio shoes from them on Monday. It definitely took longer than what I'm generally used to but I wasn't too worried because I got that same confirmation saying it would likely take longer than average. So I was just waiting patiently. And I love the shoes I got!
After a week, I emailed them telling them to cancel the order, since it was taking too long (I'm highly impatient), and I have gotten no response. They haven't charged me, etc. Damn Zappos not having my size!
Grrr! I just checked my order and it still says unauthorized/unshipped. I can't call them because I'm swamped at work and they seem to have 9 to 5 weekday hours! I really need them not to ship these shoes, because I had a minor financial emergency and will be broke until Monday. Also, I'm starting to get scared because I sized down like they suggested and I'm worried they will be painfully tight.
I ordered 3 items from them, and I received 2 of them pretty prompty (in 2 separate shipments), but I still haven't received the 3rd. I emailed them yesterday to find out when (and if) they were sending the 3rd, but I have haven't gotten any response.
I'm mad, too. I asked them to cancel my order and Thursday they sent an order saying they authorized it and charged me, but they still haven't shipped.
I'm having the same experience Halleybird.. I ordered on 1/22 and have not received anything other than an order confirmation. I've tried emailing them and calling them to no avail. At this point I'm not even sure if I want the shoes anymore
I am having the same problem with shoemall.com. I ordered a pair of SM flats from them through amazon and got an email that they had shipped on 1/24 through USPS. They still aren't here. I went to the tracking info and it said that my town got the info the first of last week. They still aren't here. I am just a little mad!!!

I despise SMU! Its sad because I like to support smaller boutiques, but seriously. It makes no sense that some of us got our orders in a reasonable amount of time and some can't even get an email answered.
Anyway, I emailed them a somewhat mean message last night. I basically told them to either refund my money or ship out the shoes I paid for a week ago. Oh, and I "may" have said that I didn't understand why that seems to be a difficult concept for them to grasp. When you charge someone for something, you should then ship it to them. I kind of feel bad. I hate being rude.
So, today they sent me a terse email that said they cancelled my order. I highly doubt they will credit my account anytime soon. No 20% off for me and no shoes. Which is fine. I'll order them through trusty ol' Zappos, using the Stylethread link, of course.
that stinks about their service. their in store service was always great. i really miss that store because it was my go-to for jewelry. ahhhh, i'm a bit nostalgic for the east coast.

That really sucks! Obviously I'm glad I got my shoes but I feel really bad for all of you who didn't. I hate online stores that are unable to follow through simple orders and then, on top of that, don't even bother to reply to emails. Ugh!
