L: Salad (romaine lettuce, 1/2 apple, a few craisins, splash of rasberry vinegrette)
D: not sure yet, maybe something in a wrap
E: arms and 3 miles on the bike

I don't know the points value of my lunch.  I'm just glad I brought sf jello, 1 pt yogurt and my crawfish etouffee for dinner.

B: banana bread oatmeal ~ 3 pts, 1 medium sized banana ~2 pts, 1 glass water  Total 5 pts

L: grilled chicken skewer with about 1/2 c rice.  I ate just the chicken but it looks like something was rubbed on the chicken so I don't know.  Maybe 6 pts??
1 side salad with all of 1 tsp of caesar salad  0 pts?
2 pieces of pita bread ??
1/2 of a small piece of Baklava ??

D:  crawfish etouffee 3 pts, yogurt 1 pt, sf/ff jello 0 pts  Total 4 pts

E: going to try and make it 3 days in a row.  30 mins of power walking and maybe 10 mins stair stepper since it is now working

B: instant oatmeal and flax w/ a spoonful of blueberries mixed in

S: trader joe's vanilla almond crunch bar

L: chicken salad w/ lf mayo, celery, red onion, chives.  4 cherry tomatoes.  tortilla and flaxseed chips.

S: fun size kit kat and twix


D: ??? probably ww pita w/ hummus, celery, carrots???


E: walk mile around park at lunch, walk dog after dinner

*Sigh*  I'm biting the bullet and posting - maybe seeing it in writing will stop the insanity.  I haven't exercised since last week.  I feel like a bloated cow.
B:  fiber one cereal & milk
S:  Yogurt
L: broccoli soup and 1/2 of a ham & cheese sandwich.  Ummmmm, and maybe some of Mr.'s cheese sticks
D: In-laws tonight, so probably som'n calorie ridden.
