Can I get a review from anyone that has this jacket?  I'm thinking about ordering it.  How does it run?  Is it cute IRL?  Quality?

Yeah, I have it. It runs TTS - but it's very fitted.

 here it is:

 

It has a red band around the back which I think looks really cute and emphasizes the waist. It's a little bit stretchy, too.
