Where is everyone this morning/afternoon?

B: none, water

S: 2 pb crackers

L: brown rice, peas

D: not sure but probably more rice and peas (I'm digging it right now)

E: gym after work - fun!

ok so this day has already started out bad but lets hope it gets better, and i'm DEFINITELY working out tonight

b: homemade pancakes (4 pts)

s: mini bagel (2 pts)

s: sugar free oreos (4 pts)

l: leftover pasta salad (4 pts), homemade chili (2.5 pts)

s: granola bar (2 pts)

d: baked tofu and broccoli (2 pts)

s: yogurt

e:45 min running/walking intervals, stength training

I'm here.  I just have no time to post during the day right now.

B: 1 cup Kashi GLC, 1/2 c skim, 1/2 c blackberries Total 3 pts

L: Wonton Soup, 3/4 to 1 c shrimp fried rice Total ~ 10 pts

S: 100 cal pack herseys candy/cereal Total 2 pts

D:  Crawfish etouffee - 1/4 c etouffee, 1/2 c brown rice,  ff yogurt Total 5 pts

S:  1 banana Total 2 pts

E: walking on treadmill for 30mins tonight.

Total pts for the day 22
Total exercise - 30 mins cardio 2 days in a row

Ugh, I've been so bad lately but I'm trying to get back on track!
