fun raincoats?

i really want to buy a cute & fun raincoat for the spring. everything i've seen is either really sporty looking (ie: tons of extra pockets i don't need) or impractical. preferably, it would be in a bright, but not TOO funky color. i would also love if it had a hood and was a little long (came down over my butt). help me? TIA

that's a tough one. there's lots of trenches, but it's hard to find a rain coat.

I did find this one (no hood though) for $16.99

Sometimes I have luck at Marshalls or Foleys (now Macy's).  My mom usually finds them and asks if I want one and its usually during the summer when it never rains and I always stupidly say no.  So I would check those 2 places as that is where she shops the most.
