OF COURSE NOT!  I wanted to slap her.  She took the test & knew she wasn't.  Then she called the guy & told him to come meet her somewhere & she starts telling him how she's been feeling sick & was scared, etc....to test his reaction.  I would have run over her with my car if I were him. ARRRGGGHHHH. 

Spencer is the ick, he's about the fakest character I have seen on reality television.  I was annoyed by the way Heidi brought up the pregnancy question.  How did she expect him to react anyway?  Even if she were pregnant, the real "test" is how he reacts later on down the road if she were pregnant.  All that illness she felt was just anxiety over a guy who is playing her big time.
