WW Question. How many points should I eat at my weight?
Permalink Closed

I used to do WW, about a year ago and lost weight and loved it! I've tried every diet out there and this is what I'm comfortable doing. I did it over the internet and I don't want to pay again cause I have a calcultor that gives me the points. But I totally forgot how many points you should be at with the weight I'm at. I've gained weight so i dont want to say where Im at with that. Can someone give me points for the different weights? I ended with 20 but started with 26 i think. Thanks a bunch!

Which program are you doing??

This is the first flex point program
000 – 149 20
150 – 174 22
175 – 199 24
200 – 224 26
225 – 249 28
250 – 274 30
275 – 299 31
300 – 324 32
325 – 349 33
350 – 999 34

this is the new flex point program
http://weightwatchen.com/?page_id=23
it calculates it on age, gender, etc

The old winning points - no flex points.  you can "bank" up to 10 pts a week for later that week (what I do)
I can't remember except my weight range is 18-23 pts (00-150 lbs)  then I think is 20-25 for the next weight range.

I just remember there being 2 to choose from. One was where you can eat as much as you wanted as long as it was foods that were on their list, and the other one, which I chose, was watching your points for the day and having 35 extra points to play with.

I checked out the new flex program you put up and it told me 21pts. Is that the one i should be going by now then?

I would go with the plan that you are use to and like.  If you liked the old flex plan go with it.  If you like the new one try it out.  If you aren't losing as much as you'd like go to the old one or vice versa.  I love the old one with ranges so I stick with it.  They all work.
