I have to attend a funeral on Saturday I have a question on attire. The family is very conservative so I planned on wearing a black and grey tweed skirt suit and white blouse. Since its cold and there is a graveside service, I am going to wear a pair of low-heel black wedge boots.
So my question is,with a knee-length skirt and high boots do I wear pantyhose (the fleshy colored ones), tights (black), sheer black stockings or nothing?

I would go with either black tights or sheer black hose. I think bare legs would not only be cold but just wouldn't look at pulled together as tights or black hose would.

And I'm just not a big fan of flesh colored pantyhose for some reason.

With the outfit you described, I would wear black tights.  The tights will be warmer than hose
