Ok so I ordered these 2 pairs of frye shoes. I LOVE the #1 pair. They are so cute and comfy.

 

Now I also love the second pair, but it seems my heel is to small so my foot is slipping out. Should I keep them and get foot inserts or exchange them for the same style as #1 only in the brown color?

I think you should at least try the foot inserts b4 you take them back.  I have a few pairs of the same shoes in a diff't color, but I try to avoid doing that cuz there are so many fabulous shoes out there, why have too many of the same pair?

The heel liners seem to work for me.  I sized up on the seychelles patent wedges and they fit ok except for the heel slipped out for me too.  I'm wearing them today w/the heel liners and they fit perfect!

I agree with BargainQueen -- no harm in trying the inserts, right?  And if you wear them around the house and still find your heel slipping out, exchange them for the brown pair (which I love, BTW...)
