I rarely spend money on jewelry.  My nicer stuff (incl costume) are mostly vintage from my grandma. Costume stuff I like to get online or at sample sales.  However, now I want to start building my fun jewelry collection a little.  I tend not to like spending more than $50 on costume stuff. 

Can anyone suggest some sites for fun stuff and for affordable (small, fun) diamonds?  TIA!

Also, heard Hilary Duff on the radio this morning and she mentioned a jewelry store she frequents: 14K or 14carats? Anyone know of this? I'd lvoe to see some of their designs!

I'm a little confused - are you looking for costume or fine? Diamonds would be fine, but you're referencing costume jewelry which would be rhinestones. So, costume or fine?

Oops!  Sorry to be confusing!  I mean both costume & fine jewelery (diamonds).  However, for the diamonds - I still want it kind of fun and youthful - not so much "elegant jewelry".  Thanks!

I like evesaddiction.com for costume jewelry.  I also agree with D about Ross Simons, they have great stuff, both costume and fine jewelry.
