I've been looking for red flats and these are on sale for 29.99.  Are they cute or should i pass?  Also if cute, are they work appropriate for business casual?  I would wear them when I'm not working with jeans or bermuda shorts, but would like to also wear them to work with slacks.

I would pass.  If you need a pair of red flats I would recommend these Dolce Vita ones.  They are on sale for $40 from $100 and they are AWESOME!!

I think they're cute for a pair of comfy walking shoes, but if you're looking for a pair of red flats that could be work appropriate, then I think you should pass.
