Special K diet is working at better than expected.  The meal bars are really filling so I haven't even been hungry and i've lost 2.5 pounds since Monday!

B:  Special K Red Berries with skim (200)

S:  Cereal bar (90)

L:  Meal bar (180)

S:  Cereal bar (90)

D:  Don't know. 

E:  Probably treadmill incline run

I've been really bad at replying to this thread !

B:  Kashi, banana, coffee

L:  Tofu and broccoli in lite peanut sauce, 1/3 C brown rice, nectarine, tea

S:  2 hardboiled egg whites, diet cream soda, carrots

D:  Whole wheat penne/spinach/tomato/soy sausage bake, green beans

S:  Small handful chocolate covered almonds


E:  40 minute pilates DVD, installing shower curtain rod (hello, arms!)

B:  Fiber One cereal & milk.
Lunch:  Lean Cuisine
S: 1 cup Fiber One cereal, no milk
D:  Sweet & Sour chicken, white rice, salad.
E:  20 minutes jog & incline walking on treadmill.  20 min stationary bike

but I did exercise hard for 40 minutes....

Breakfast:  coffee, english muffin w/ egg and lf cheese
Lunch:  Ground turkey taco meat in hi fiber tortilla w/ cilantro
Snack:  probably an apple and piece of cheese
Dinner:  I'm craving oatmeal.

Exercise:  None so far.  Hoping to do a Pilates DVD tonight and take the Mitch dog for a walk.
