d: veggie nuggets (4 pts) green beans (0 pts)

s: yogurt (2 pts)

 

e: 10 min stationary bike, 2 miles of walk and run intervals, legs

I've been onboard with you all, but I've been using a food journal instead of posting here. I've fallen off track and am making myself post here, because I think it'll make me feel more accountable.

B: Special K Chocolatey delight

S: Special K bar - vanilla crisp

L: Probably more Special K

D: Lean Cuisine garlic cheese pizza

E: Abs and 3-4 miles on treadmill, depending on how tired I am after school (I don't get out until 9:45, blah!)

*I'm not doing the "Special K" diet, honest... I've just become so obsessed; it's so yummy and quick when I'm in a rush.

I also the food tracker at Sparkpeople.com AND post here.  The more I have to write things down, the easier it is for me to stay on track.

Breakfast:  coffee, english muffin w/ egg and lf cheese

Lunch:  ground turkey taco filling in hi fiber tortilla w/ cilantro

Snack:  Apple and 1/2oz pistachios

Dinner...don't know yet.

Exercise:  hill climb on treadmill

Me too!  I really need to work on staying in my calorie range

B: oatmeal & peanut butter

s: 100 cal. yogurt

L: Taco Bell (don't ask) Taco & Bean Burrito, both Fresno Style.

D: Corn beef, carrots, cabbage.  Sounds icky- but it's hubby's favorite AND he has no problem w/ his weight

E: 30 min on treadmill this morning.

l - tuna & grape tomatoes

s - granola bar (had class tonight, no dinner yet!)

very low on points today, and am going to make up for that by eating a stouffer's for dinner. it's 11 p.m and i am STARVING!

ex. - n/a; no time
