Shoe Shopping Challenge - FOUND

My friend at work came to me (b/c I may have bragged recently about my internet shopping skills).  She is searching for a shoe to wear in a wedding and can't find her size anywhere.  She challenged me to find it for her.

So, I am cheating and asking, no begging for some help.  The shoe is by Nina, called Ettora.  She needs a black size 7.

You challenge, should you choose to accept it.....HELP ME FIND THIS SHOE!!!!

I will eventually disclose to her that I cheated...and give you all credit!

Thanks for helping me look...once you add it to your cart, they don't have a 7!

 I found one at Lord & Taylor....anyone have a Lord & Taylor close by?

 There website says that expedited shipping is overnight, but that it could take up to six days to leave their warehouse!!!!!  That is insane!

I don't know what else to try.  I called one L&T store and b/c they are having a clearance event, they wont take calls!

Thanks everyone who played the game.  I tracked a pair down at a L&T in Virginia...they are shipping them today!

After I challenged you all, my friend came in and said "oh yeah, i need them by friday!"  I was afraid at that point that even expedited shipping would be scary.
