Happy Monday!

B: banana, chicken noodle soup (feeling sick)

L: was very bad.  had chinese to celebrate co workers last day.  

D: tried to make up for bad  lunch--salad w/ avocado, light honey mustard, red onion, goji berries, parmesean, turkey and skinny cow ice cream sandwiches. sooooo good.

E: not sure yet, just bought a new bed so I've been busy purging my room, etc.

Breakfast:  coffee, lf yogurt w/ granola and strawberries

Lunch:  Ground turkey taco filling in a hi fiber tortilla w/ cilantro

Snack:  Apple and 1/2 oz pistachios

Snack #2:  1/2 Luna bar

Dinner:  Hamburger

Exercise:  45 min on elliptical, abs

Morning yall!  I am starving and counting down until lunch in 50ish minutes

B: Kashi GLC - 1 cup, blueberries - 1/2 c, skim milk - 1/2c  Total: 3 pts

L: 4 cheese pizza lean pocket, strawberry yogurt   Total: 8pts

D: chicken jambalaya - 1 c ~ 6pts, corn -2/3 cup ~ 1pt  Total : 7pts

E: I think I'm actually going to make it tonight!!  30 mins treadmill and 10 mins stair climber

I've slipped up a lot lately. I didn't lose any weight last week but I didn't gain either so I guess i can be happy about that. I've decided to try the Special K diet for a couple of weeks.

B: Special K Red Berries with skim milk (200)

S: Special K cereal bar (90)

L: Special K protein meal bar (180)

S: Cereal bar (90) 

 D: McD's.  6 pc nugget, med fry (630)

E: 20 min treadmill incline run and 35 min elliptical

I gained 10 lbs over Thanksgiving and Xmas

 So here I go again:

Breakfast:

 Hardboiled Egg

Turkey Bacon

L:  grilled chicken sandwich

Snack:  wasabi peas

D:  Grilled chicken and spinach salad

E:  1 hour with trainer

Thank goodness the pop tarts are all gone! ~eyeroll~

b - fiber

l - tuna, 3 egg whites, mini crackers

s - granola bar

s - 3 squares from a dark chocolate bar (3 pts) 

d - BLT

ex. walked the 'hood. Skate path too wet from all our recent rain. :(

I'm at home sick today (stupid headaches) so nothing too exciting.

B: none

L: cheese and crackers

D: veggie stir-fry with tofu and 1 cup brown rice and eh.... about a kazillion chocolate chips left over from the infamous brownie baking expedition. Ugh. I feel disgusting. But chocolate.... yummm.....

E: none. I'm lame.

L: seafood alfredo (alfredo noodles with scallops and shrimp), breadsticks

S: nutrageous bar

D: noodles and ground beef (not very inspired, but I wanted to use up both and not go to the store), apples with peanut butter

BB: green tea with a few drops of peppermint extract

B: coffee, garlic bagel w/ chicken salad (super light mayo)

L: Big salad from the salad bar

S: Luna oatmeal cookie bar

D: scrambled egg whites, veggie sausage, baked beans (english style), and hash brown which I couldn't resist making, yummm!

S: dark chocolate square w/ latte I'm craving.

E: 30 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes bike
