STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I know this is nerdy, but here goes:

I usually mail my BF a card or a letter on Monday, so he gets it in the middle of the week. But we spent the entire weekend together and Sunday evening was full of emotional conversation, so I don't really feel like writing a card full of mushiness, which is usually what I send. So I figured that tomorrow I could just mail a card full of lipstick kisses.

But now I'm thinking that even if I do all the kissing tonight and let it dry overnight, the lipstick might still be gooey enough that if I close the card and put it through the mail, it will get all ruined by the time it gets to him!

For some reason I was thinking maybe I could spray it with hairspray, but only because that's how I always sealed glitter, etc. on projects in grade school!

Would that even work? Does anyone else have an idea?
