Cap Sleeve Pullover Sweater - RED  Has anyone seen this IRL?  It looks like it would be perfect for spring with a skirt I have, but I have never bought anything from Wetseal before.  What is their sizing like?  Is it similar to F21?

I just bought that!  Their sizing runs small - I normally wear a small but I wear a medium in their tops.  Their quality is very close to F21 - this top is about 58% cotton and the rest nylon and rayon.

I like it a lot b/c of the style, which I also bought b/c it goes perfectly w/ some of the items I own.  HTH!!

Thanks.  I probably need to get a large.  I usually wear a large at F21.
