Am I too old for this look?

I'm 32 and also a mom of two. I would only wear it with maybe a turtleneck/solid color tee, leggings or skinny jeans, and boots. Or even with regular bootcut/flare jeans and wedges/flats.

Tights and flats would make the outfit too young and cutesy for me.

ETA: I'm just noticing the striped dress. That looks more age appropriate, but I still think with tights and flats, the outfit would appear young.

I think it would look adorable on you Jen. I say go for it and wear it in the many different ways mentioned including yours.

I like it! I'd wear it w/opaque tights and boots, but flats would be great as well...

I say wear what you like! I think you can carry it off so long as your jewelry, bags, and shoes are a little more sophisticated and not cheap-y jr kind of stuff. i.e you can wear black tights and a nice simple flat that slightly more pointy toed or heels that are not as chunky as a teenager would wear. Hope that makes sense!
