  I am thinking about getting this anthro regatta dress.  However, I don't ever wear strapless so is there something I could wear over it that wouldn't take away from the dress but would cover my shoulders.

I own this dress.  It actually should come with detachable straps.  Mine did and sometimes i wear it with them and sometimes without.  depending on my mood.

you should totally get it though- i remember one night i wore it out wiht my FH and i got SO many compliments on it!

It is available on ebay for $99.  Does that sound like a good price?  I can't remember what the original price was.  Also, is the fabric cotton or silk?
