Bluefly returns??

I think the last time I returned something it took a while for the credit to show up even though I knew they had received the package, but maybe you should call them anyway just to be safe.

this happened to me last time, too--if i remember correctly, it was about three weeks from the time that they signed for my return until they actually credited it. they must have changed some kind of procedures, because when i called they acted like it was completely normal for it to take that long. you should call just to put your mind at rest, though.

Um, does anyone know how long it typically takes for them to ship out orders?

Thanks yall. just wondering if this was "normal" bluefly behavior. I swear in November it didn't take this long.

kmd - their shipping orders is getting really bad as well. I think last time i ordered in november it took about a week to process and ship and then another week with their stupid dhl @ home service.

Just an update: I placed my order on the 15th and was notified it was shipped today via UPS Ground & scheduled to by delivered tomorrow. Not bad.
