I'll kick it off today.


Breakfast:  Coffee, Mini Babybel Light cheese, flatbread cracker


Snack:  lf yogurt w/ granola and strawberries


Lunch:  Slow cooked chicken w/ corn & black beans - last piece!


Dinner:  Don't know yet.


Exercise:  HIIT

Morning is off to a bad start!!


b: coffee w/ creamer. fun size kit kat bar, 5 ginger thins


l: co workers are going out--greek i think.  i will get garlic chicken  w/ cucumber salad


d: unknown--will be going to happy hr with co workers.  limiting myself to two drinks


e: unknown..maybe take the dog for a walk

B:  High fiber cereal w/ soy milk, fresh squeezed OJ, cafe americano


S:  Green tea


L:  Curry chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, garbanzo bean salad, israeli cous-cous, Orangina


D:  Ordering Chinese food.  I'll do something semi-healthy like chicken and snow peas or something.  And since it's my last day at this job, I'll have a few beers, I'm sure!

B: Nature Valley granola bar (180)


L: Chicken cesar salad from Chili's.  Not sure how many calories.  Website says like 1000, but that was with dressing, which I ate on the side, with my fork. 


D:  Don't know yet.  In-laws are in town so I'm sure we'll either go out or MIL will cook. 


E:  I really need to go, since I've FINALLY recoved from my Tuesday workout.  Not sure if I'll have time though.

hey everybody... I don't want to list what I ate today because it is thoroughly embarassing... but I found this website I'm going to start using, http://www.fitday.com

you can create a profile and track your success, see where you're burning your calories, etc...it's pretty simple and quick, IMO. But then again, I just signed up 10 minutes ago so I haven't really dealt with this every day yet

Today is my bad day.  I probably shouldn't post but I am


B: Kashi GLC with 1/2 c blackberries and 1/2 cup skim milk


S: Bacon and cheese kolache


L: Chips and creamy jalepeno dip (ranch with jalepenos pureed in there), queso, 2 soft tacos, 1/4 c rice, 1/4 c refried beans


D: homemade pizza - turkey pepperoni & pineapple, lots of heiniken lights tonight.  loooong week, work and relationship stress

Breakfast: Carnation instant breakfast chocolate flavor.


Lunch: Chili mac and a pepsi.


Snack: Handful of fresh cherries and colby jack cheese stick.  Also had some chocolates.


Dinner: I will be cooking meatballs pomodoro and penne. Side dish will be veggies in herb sauce.  Drink will be lemonade.


Dessert: Probably a chocolate eclair or chocolate ice cream.  Yum!


Excersize: I did a lot of cleaning and rearranged a couple pieces of furniture.

Oooh, today I was not so good! Oh well, I will tell you anyway .

L: Half a chicken curry salad sandwich, pickle, 2 cookies

S: Tea, piece of dark chocolate

D: Thoroughly unhealthy but totally delicious pot roast with homemade mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and peas
