I was going to get a skinny capri jean from urban and can't  decide between black or dark denim... What do you think?

IMO dark blue is a classic and black is more trendy. I'd go with dark blue.

For me, the dark blue would be more versatile, but I think it depends on what your closet consist of.

I think the dark blue would be versatile.  At least for me it would be since I would wear it mostly with t-shirts.

I tend to like dark blue - it just says classic jeans to me.  the pants are really cute!

that dark blue is pretty.  i think black is classic too a la audrey hepburn- but i'd prefer ankle length for that.  i probably wear dark blue and black equally as often.
