I wanted to start one this weekend too because that's when I have the hardest time staying on track.


B: Smoothie (suprised?) (4pts)


L: Hamburger and grapes (6 pts)


D: beef minestrone (4 pts) with french bread (4 pts)


S: orange sherbert (5 pts)


Exercise:  I walked 4 miles around a park this morning, Yay!  I hate working out on the weekend so I prefer to get it over with early.

b - fiber cereal & granola bar

s - "go-tart"

l - 1/2 c. tuna, crackers, 4 egg whites

d - steak, 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, salad...and 4 glasses of wine. alcohol is the bane of my weight gaining. *sighs*

ex. - heading out now for a 30-min walk

I thought that today was shot to hell, but it's not actually.  I think I'm doing much better than I think I am.


B:  High fiber cereal, orange juice, cafe americano


S:  Dried apples (I think they have a lot of sugar though.  )


L:  Boca burger w/ brie and pesto, leftover whole wheat gnocchi, water, lemon bar (oops)


S:  Dry cereal w/ nuts and dried berries


D:  We're having people over, but we're going to fix a big salad w/ grilled chicken.  The wine is what's going to do me in.


E:  30 min. walk, abs and legs

So far:

Breakfast: Low fat carrot muffin (400?)
Lunch: Low-fat noodle soup with a lot of tofu (550)
Dinner: Pasta w/ tomato sauce and two pieces of wheat toast (500)
Dessert: 1/2 cup mango sorbet (100)

Total: 1550

B: Wheat toast and Kashi cereal (approx 400)

L: Ham sand on wheat english muffin, sun chips, 100 cal cookies (350)

D: Naked Tenders at Buffalo Wild Wings (no clue because I can't find info but I'll estimate 400. I don't think it could be anymore than that)

S: Lime fruit pop, juice box, popcorn (320)

E: Unfortunately, none. We had to rearrange plans this afternoon and I missed the gym :(

Today started out with reallly good intentions...and went downhill from there...


b-lean cuisine chicken fried rice- 280


l- Grilled Chicken Salad with Balsamic Vinagerette
    a piece or two of sourdough bread (oops)


s- not so much of a snack as another full meal, but i was shopping and the mall just got "The Soup Man" (a la Seinfeld) and I hadn't had any since I was in NYC...soooo...
   Crab Bisque
   Sourdough Bread
   The amazing chocolate


d- Yes, I still ate dinner...(I was starving)
    We were on the road...
     McDonalds cheeseburger happy meal- 650ish  (hides in shame)


s- I KNOW!! another snack
