I'm having a huge problem with shoes. I love pumps and high heals, nice dress shoes, etc.. and they are basically all I own with the exception of some high heeled boots. I want to get some shoes for spring that are both cute and don't kill my feet (aka not so high heels) I like some wedges but I find myself twisting my ankle when I wear them for some reason.. any ideas on a style where I dont sacrifice my normal style (almost always "dressy") but not kill my feet?

do you wear flats? These are totally cute and could be dressy:

Are you generally wearing thinner heels? I think a thicker wedge/heel may help them be more stable:

ooh what brand are these?


i've been looking around for wedges w/a lower heel for the same reason...love heels but need to find a more walkable everyday pair..

Have you ever tried kitten heels?  Those can be a good compromise.  Also, there are so many cute flats out there now that you're bound to find something that you like.  I'm like you in that most of my shoes are heels, but I like to wear flats once or twice a week just to give my feet and legs a break.
