I need help finding a cute NYE top.  I am going to party at a person's house and want to wear jeans (possibly a skirt) and heels.  I want something that has a little sparkle, shine, or something to give it that NYE look.  Suggestions?

This Ella Moss top has a delicate sparkly trim along the neckline, although you can't tell from the pic. I love the gathering on the shoulders. And it's on sale in the store.
