Hi, all. I know I haven't been around for a while, but I just wanted to let you know I just got a promotion at work and I'm moving to Columbus! I'm really excited! I already have an apartment and everything, but I'm moving at the end of January.

Congratulations!  I go to Ohio a lot to see family, we'll have to meet up sometime when I'm in the area.  I'm sure it'll be an adjustment after being so close to NYC, but Columbus does have some good shopping.  Good luck!

Hey Im in Columbus as well...  Im always up for a get together if you want to meet up.  I know me and bex were hoping to get together sometime after the new years, maybe you can meet up with us too.

Thanks! I'm really excited about it. Karina, I would love if you visited me. FP, I've been to the EAston shopping center and looooove it. There's a BCBG and Anthropologie and that's all I really need. :) Nicoley, when are you and bex getting together? My lease begins on 1/8, but I'm not physically moving there until 1/26. What part do you live in? My apartment is in Grandview.

My apartment is in Grandview too!!!  Wow, since we are so close, if you ever want to hang out, let me know.. I dont really know anyone in columbus since I recently moved there too.  I will be back in columbus on 1/3 and not sure when me and bex are getting together, havent made any definite plans yet.

Really? That's great! I will be living in the Heritage apartments. Everyone I know there said I HAD to move to Grandview. What did you move to Columbus for?

I moved to columbus for Pharmacy school at Ohio State.  They have one of the best in the country, so when I got accepted, I couldn't pass up the opportunity.  I am now in my second year there.  I live in the Meridian apartments, its super close to the medical center which is right where the pharmacy school is.

You're going to love Columbus and you picked a great place to live!  Two great boutiques in Grandview are the Cheesecake Boutique and Principessa!  Love them!


We'll all have to get together for dinner and shopping one evening after you move and settle in.


sorry i'm so late to this btw.  i've been sneaking over here for peaks but haven't had time to post anything lately!

Thanks! I am moving on Thursday. I will definitely check out those boutiques! I think I may have been to one of them. It was sort of near my apartment and it had great designer stuff. Lots of jeans.

 I definitely would like to get together one evening. I'll PM you when I'm settled.
