Guess I'll get things started today! I just finished up my Christmas shopping but it's not terribly exciting...I would love to buy myself some stuff from Shopbop, but I have to restrain myself until the new year!
I'm proud to say that I've done all of my Christmas Shopping online this year -- no gas to the stores, no fighting over the last cashmere scarf that's on sale at Bloomie's, etc. I've used coupon codes for everything and haven't paid for shipping on any orders, so it worked out really well. I've already bought a bunch of sweaters and cd's and books and bath goodies for people, but here's this morning's finale:
Framed poster of beans, lentils and peas for my boyfriend's new kitchen (if you haven't noticed, we have this silly thing for beans -- I know it is ridiculous!):
For my 13 year old step brother who is suddenly into "cool" music:
For my 13 year old cousin that is a girl: Jane Austen's Complete Novels
Cute lunch bag for my Secret Santa:
For my dad:
For my godmother who already has everything: A Donation of a "Flock of Chicks" to Heifer International
For my frequent flier best friend that is always cold: A down travel pillow and throw set
plus two sets of these pajamas, in a pink flannel and a light blue with little penguins all over: I'm nervous about these because there weren't any smalls in the store (in any pattern!), so I got two mediums (pink for me, and penguins for a friend)...but looking at the size chart on the website, it looks like they'll be huge! But they're wrapped up so pretty, I don't want to take them apart to try it on... sigh

**drumroll please** My first DVF!! Technically won the auction last week, but it arrived this week. I waited over a year, stalking auctions...and now, here she is:
Now I'm trying to figure out the first time I can wear her. I think DH's b-day dinner on 12/26...to a fancy steak place in Buckhead. :)

Well, I am practically finished with my shopping list. Lots of giftcards and little items, just the matter of figuring out what to get for my father (the man who has everything, of course).
For me, a few things from Bluefly:
Ya-ya cotton/cashmere tee and Marc Jacobs aviators.

That dress is so pretty, atlgirl. It'll look really great on you too!

Congrats! I have never said this, but I actually don't like DVF dresses in general. I saw this one the other day, and I it. Can't wait to see pics!

Thanks NCshopper! I tried it on at Nordstrom last summer. And have been dying for it ever since. But I couldn't justify full price (esp. when I work from home so much). eBay is my friend (aka my addiction!).
Z4, as much as I try, I don't like a lot of the patterns either. And they all fit so differently. But I loved this one as soon as I saw it. I have one other I'm keeping an eye out for. But most of her patterns just don't grab me..
