I have no idea what inspired this boy, but my brother wants something like this for xmas:



I've never been in the market for velour for men.... so I had no idea this would be $140.
Is this the going rate or are there less expensive alternatives out there? I don't know where to look.

That sounds about right.  I am almost embarassed to admit it, but my BF has been looking at Nike suits (not necessarily velour, in his defense) and they are around $140.

Because this isn't a style that changes much from one year to the next, I would check your Marshall's, Ross, TJM, Burlington, Nordstrom Rack, SmartBargains, Overstock - whatever off-pricers are appealing to you.

As for what inspired him, let's assume it's comfort. Looks like the perfect thing to lounge around in on a Sunday morning. Like pajamas, but you can answer the door in them.
