Has anyone seen any cords or velvet pants?

I saw some Citizens ones like these in a store and I thought they were really cute:

The also have some other colors and some that have a slight flare, as well as a stovepipe one at revolveclothing.com.

ETA: those are velvet ones, but there's cords there too (I'm a fan of the velvet personally)

I saw these really cute velvet ones at Express last weekend.

They had several colors in the store but this is the only one they are showing on their website.

These skinny velvet pants are on their website but I didn't see them in the store
