I'm so excited because I just bought this Nicole Miller dress for my birthday party next weekend. It' so pretty and super flattering! The color is sort of bronze/goldish. How would you accesorize it? Shoe color etc?

Ooh, pretty! I think I would just keep my jewelry really simple like diamond studs or short drops and a tennis bracelet to show off the dress. Oh, and some killer shoes.

I'm thinking red or purple in some way. I think some bright "party" color would be great to accent that gorgeous dress. You need to take a pic of you in the dress and post it!

Don't you have some amazing Manolo (or some other fab brand) animal pumps? Maybe those would work and then keep your jewelry simple, just some sparkly earrings. I'm thinking that gold shoes might not look right against that dress, but I could be wrong, just depends on the exact shade of the dress IRL. Maybe post some of your shoes that we could pick from (unless you want new ones ).
This is probably my personal bias because I love my (fake) pearl rope, but I think it would look good with opera length pearls or a pearl rope...with that dress, I'd probably put a knot towards the end
a knot like this: but I usually put my knot only a few inches from the bottom
ETA: I know this picture makes the necklace look frumpy. But I wear mine all the time, I promise it's not!

Those shoes would be perfect. I'd do with shimmery accessories - something light and delicate - delicate strand necklaces or a silvery or gold light wrap. It' difficult to tell from the pic whether gold or silver would look better with the shoes.
