i have a business idea, and i wanted to do some preliminary research. essentially i wanted to get some feedback from ladies on the forum who are a size 10 or more (especially if you're size 14-18). given the sensitive nature of subject, i understand if you want to pm me.

the questions:

1. where do you generally shop for clothes?

2. do you shop at any of the specialty plus size stores like lane bryant, ashley stuart, etc?(more for the ladies in the size 14-18 range)

3. if you shop at these stores what do you like about them?

4. if you shop at these stores what do you not like about them?

5. on average what would you say you spend on each item of clothing, not including accessories (i.e $60 for a top, $80 for pants)

6. if you spend less than $100 per item, would you be willing to spend more ($100-$200) if the quality matched the price point?

7. in general what brands do you admire (i.e. theory, dvf, marc jacobs, etc.)

8. any other thoughts about the options for plus size shopping?
