How do you girls feel about wearing navy pantyhose with open toe shoes as long as the toe is sheer?  Also, how do you feel about wearing navy opaque tights with open toe shoes?

I think that "hosed toes" should only show when they are opaque tights. Don't wear sheer tights with open/peep toes.

yeah I agree... maybe it's a weird distinction, but I only like opaque tights with open-toed shoes. Don't like stockings.

Again, agreed. I think that it's only acceptable if you're wearing opaque and dark colored (black, navy, etc.) tights with open toed shoes. Then it's sort of cool, trendy, Olsen twin-esque. Otherwise I'm afraid to say that sheer tights with sandals or open-toed shoes looks very old lady to me!
