What do you guys think? I tried on these boots today in black (but they didn't have my size) so I'm thinking about ordering them...They looked really cool on, I'm just worried that they're too trendy and I won't get much more use out of them past this season...they're $145 btw...also, they can be worn folded down as shown or scrunchy...


Opinions greatly appreciated...thanks!!

the way they're shown, i think, is fairly trendy (though definitely cute)...but if you can fold them back up, they're probably more versatile.  just plain unfolded-down you should probably still be able to get use out of them even if the ankle bootie look is tired next year.

Personally, I think the ankle boot thing is going to last a couple of years.


How do they look with pants?  I have a pair of foldover ankle boots that look like regular boots if I wear them under slouchy trousers, so I'm counting on being able to wear them that way after the trend slows down.

Ohhh.  I love those.  How are you thinking of wearing them?  I can see under jeans, but that doesn't show off their cuteness.

I was thinking of wearing them w/skinny jeans- they looked cute folded down or scrunched up (jeans tucked in) and they're actually very comfortable...


the other problem is that I have brown boots that are kind of simliar (but w/a wedge heel) that I bought last year from Aldo, but these are much, much, cuter...


I've been very indecisive lately!

I'll be the lone dissenter... I don't care for them. I prefer a regular ankle boot. These look kind of Smurf-ish to me.
