how to winterize this Rachel Pally Dress?

i bought this dress on super-sale at Anthro, and i really don't want to wait till next summer to wear it again.  any suggestions on how to wear this dress for the fall/winter?  TIA!

Well, boots and a chunky cardigan are probably the easiest way to go. Also, it looks like you could put a long sleeved tee or turtleneck under it. I'd do darker, more fall-ish colors with it and heavier accessories (i.e. the boots, or a suede bag). And a scarf, if it's cold enough. :)

How about tall brown boots, grey tank underneath, peaking out.  Cozy cream wrap sweater over top.  Possibly also grey thick tights or leggings.  Maybe a bit of red with accessories such as a scarf or necklace to tie it all together.  Chocolate bag
