They didn't cancel my order when a code was used.  I was actually impressed with the customer service, they even included a personalized, hand-written, thank you note with my order.

I think they have good customer service, I ordered a pair of sunglasses a day ago and used a 15% off code and today I got the email about the 25% off code. I called them and they will take off an additional 10% off my total.

Yes, it's 25% off the entire website - and free shipping.


I've ordered from them once. The item ended up being on backorder but as soon as they had it back in stock they shipped it to me overnight, so I was actually pretty satisfied with their customer service.

I've never ordered from there, but I know others on this board have had this happen to them. Some girls on another board have had their orders cancelled too. StandardStyle had claimed the item is OOS, then once the code expires the item is mysteriously back in stock.

Obviously they don't do this all the time, but if you order keep in mind that it's a possibility.

I have ordered from tehm and the CS was great...I used a code, I received the boots in about a week and a half....they included a hand written card...I relly liked them and would order from them again
