The skirt is definitely too long.  I don't believe that you should make a long skirt so busy.  JMO.

Yeah ... I think it looks like a bit much with the length, the print AND the ruffles. Not too flattering.

Sorry, not a fan.  I think it is too much, but I'm not sure making it into a shorter skirt would make it better.
